The azbil Group issues “azbil report 2012” Sustainability Report
TOKYO, August 29, 2012 - Azbil Corporation has issued "azbil report 2012," a publication offering detailed information on the azbil Group's corporate activities - including financial, environmental, and CSR reports - for FY2011 (April 2011 to March 2012).
The azbil report combines the Group's annual report and environmental & CSR report in a single volume to provide all stakeholders - including investors, local community members, and customers - with a more multifaceted picture of the Group's activities. The materials covered by the report have been organized under the headings of Business Overview, Management, Sustainability, and Financial Section, so as to encourage a better understanding of the Group's business activities.

- On April 1, 2012, the company changed its name to Azbil Corporation, and at the same time changed its management team. In the Executive Interview, Azbil’s new President and CEO Hirozumi Sone provides a review of the business results for fiscal year 2011 and explains his strategies for the second half of the medium-term plan designated as the “period of growth.”
