The purpose of periodic inspections and targeted items are roughly divided into three categories:

    Potential nonconformance in a system is identified to take measures before nonconformities actually occur.

    System performance is examined to ensure that it meets the specifications. We adjust the system as necessary.

Installation environment diagnosis and improvement

Optimized system management begins from assessment of the installation environment
The reliability and service life of a system is largely dependent on the device installation environment.
Accurately assessing the installation environment and maintaining a favorable environment help the customer's system provide long and reliable operation.

A DCS requires a better installation environment for the devices, since products become smaller and denser, and the requirements for reliability become more demanding. Device failures are often caused by the installation environment. So a system's reliability depends largely on the installation environment, which in turn significantly affects the reliable operation of the equipment.

The first important step in ensuring reliable operation of a system throughout its life cycle is to diagnose the installation environment prior to device installation so that necessary improvements in the environment can be made along with measures for adjusting devices to match the environment.
