Tapless Venturi Flowmeter

Product name/model number Usage
Tapless Venturi Flowmeter
Model NZ11
Since this is a Venturi flowmeter that does not use a connecting pipe for differential pressure detection, it is ideal for measurement of the flow rate of slurry, fluid containing suspended matter, and corrosive fluid. It can also measure flow rates of fluid containing solid substances or bubbles, and liquid or gas that solidifies when its temperature falls or liquid that vaporizes when its temperature rises.
Orifice Plates
Model NOP
Because they are easy to manufacture and low in cost, orifice plates are the most frequently used differential pressure sensing technology. Available types include concentric, quadrant, eccentric, and segmental orifice plates.
Orifice Ring Assemblies
Model NOR
This assembly consisting of two orifice rings and one orifice plate is used in relatively low pressure lines with a small to medium pipe diameter.
Orifice Flange Assemblies
Model NOF
The flange assembly is used with an orifice plate, mainly for small to medium pipe diameters in medium to low pressure lines.
Ring-joint-type Orifice Flange Assemblies
Model NOJ
This is a holder ring assembly combined with a flange for use at relatively high temperatures and pressures.
Holder Ring Assemblies
Model NOH
This is manufactured for ring type joints that comply with ANSI or JPI standards, and is ideal for flow rate detection of high-temperature, high-pressure fluids.
Small-Diameter Orifice Flange Assemblies
Model NOS
This is used in applications where the flow rate is small but exceeds the applicable flow rate range of the Integral Orifice Assembly.
Orifice Block Assemblies
Model NOB
This is used in relatively high pressure lines with a small to medium pipe diameter. For differential pressure detection there is a corner tap type one-piece orifice block.
Integral Orifice Assembly For Very Small Flow Measurement
Model KEE
This unit can be directly mounted on the meter body of a differential pressure transmitter. It is used to measure tiny flow rates (for example, the equivalent to 1.3 to 2,000 r/h of water) in a small-diameter pipe.
