How diagnosis works

Our Valve Diagnostics Service involves collecting and accumulating various diagnostic parameters held by HART®-capable Azbil Smart Valve Positioner* diagnostic devices in the control valve maintenance support system PLUG-IN Valstaff. The service uses this control valve operating data to make diagnoses.

* Models AVP701/702/703 and AVP202/207/302/307
  • InnovativeField Organizer（IFO）can periodically obtain and monitor various types of measurement data held by HART-enabled field instruments.
  • Valstaff is a tool that specializes in diagnosing control valves by utilizing HART-enabled Azbil Smart Valve Positioners.
  • IFO can monitor various HART-enabled field instruments.
  • Valstaff can also run on Yokogawa’s PRM integrated instrument management package.
