Publication of the azbil report 2025

TOKYO, Nov. 10, 2025: Azbil Corporation (Tokyo Stock Exchange Code: 6845) has published its integrated report, the azbil report 2025. Centering on the new medium-term plan (FY2025-FY2027), it details the azbil Group’s initiatives for achieving sustainable growth for the enterprise and society.

Through its automation business, the azbil Group contributes to solving the challenges faced by society and its customers, aiming to realize a sustainable society and achieve its own growth. This integrated report provides a clear summary of specific approaches and results in the drive to create value through the Group’s “Evolution and Co-creation,” focusing on the medium-term plan announced in May 2025. There is also comprehensive disclosure regarding sustainability management, which underpins sustainable value creation.

Message from the CEO, for example, explains the azbil Group’s unique business model and its investment strategy for sustainable growth. Also in the report, the Deputy President covers such topics as management that is conscious of the cost of capital, business portfolio restructuring, and effective balance sheet utilization. The report goes on to describe how each department is implementing value creation initiatives in response to these directives.

Alongside messages from top management and department heads, the report also provides opportunities for employees and business partners to give some insight into how they see business operations. One such example is the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan sponsorship project: young employees share their experience. By featuring their voices, the report highlights the success of the company’s initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Furthermore, the report covers policies and initiatives concerning human capital and natural capital (decarbonization, biodiversity conservation, water resources, etc.)—both key themes in sustainability management. Also, regarding efforts to strengthen corporate governance, a roundtable discussion by outside directors serves to introduce policies and measures aimed at enhancing transparency and soundness.

From environmental considerations, it has been decided to publish this annual integrated report exclusively online, starting with this edition. An A4 landscape layout has been chosen to make it easier to read on a computer or tablet screen. Production of the printed booklet has thus been discontinued.

Guided by the azbil Group’s philosophy of “human-centered automation,” we will make contributions that lead “in series” to a sustainable society through our business activities, thus ensuring our own medium- to long-term development while aiming to continuously enhance enterprise value.
