Azbil Establishes Sales Base in Johor-Singapore SEZ in Malaysia
TOKYO, February 19, 2026: Azbil Corporation (Tokyo Stock Exchange Code:6845) announces that it established Azbil JS Sdn. Bhd. in Johor, Malaysia, in September 2025, starting operations in January 2026. The establishment of this base is part of its market expansion in Southeast Asia, and aims to respond quickly to local needs as the region continues to grow as a special economic zone, while also further expanding its global business.
The azbil Group is currently actively working to strengthen our global business, to achieve our long-term goals by fiscal 2030. This newly established company, based in Johor, Malaysia, aims to expand the adoption of automation systems in the building market. In particular, we aim to accelerate the introduction of our systems to data centers in the area, which are currently experiencing a construction boom, and to new buildings in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ). In doing so, we aim to increase order intake for system maintenance. Through these efforts, we aim to strengthen our competitiveness locally and enhance our global business.
