You are deemed to have consented that your personal information will be transferred to Japan and its storage in Japan.

<個人情報の利用目的>
(1) azbil グループ製品・サービスがお客様にとって有用と判断した場合の営業活動を介したご案内

3. 個人情報の第三者提供および越境移転について
日本国外において、お客様から提供された個人情報は、日本への越境移転及び当社の所在国である日本で保管されることにつき、お客様は同意したものとみなされます。
また、本件に関する業務委託先に対し、個人情報の保管を委託することにつき、お客様は同意したものとみなされます。
なお、当カンパニーは、業務委託先との間で個人情報の取り扱いおよび安全保護に関する契約を締結し、適切な管理を行います。
4. 個人情報の開示/訂正/削除等
(1) お客様の個人情報は、上記利用目的の達成に必要な期間を超えて保有することはありません。利用目的において個人情報の利用が不要となった場合には、速やかにお客様の個人情報を削除いたします。
(2)当社は本人またはその代理人から、保有個人データに関する開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止または消去のご希望に合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。開示等のご請求は、下記よりお問い合わせください。
