Our emergency help desk takes emergency calls from clients at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year.
If an emergency dispatch request is received from a customer, Azbil sends competent engineer to assist in recovering normal operation.
For emergency use, Azbil stores necessary spare parts on behalf of customers under high quality management standards.
Azbil will connect its remote maintenance system to the customer's system to assist in failure recovery if a problem occurs. In addition, we regularly connect to the customer's system to collect equipment self-diagnostic data for analysis. We then suggest preventive maintenance appropriate for maintaining a highly reliable system.
Software maintenance contract
The maintenance contract is designed to maximize the value of the software and package products provided by Azbil while minimizing the costs involved throughout the product life cycle.
The Azbil team will respond to customer inquiries on the operation, means of use, and functions of software.
In the event of a problem with the software, we will assist in identifying the cause and finding a solution.
In addition, we will provide the customer with licenses and media for any new version of software released during the term of the contract.
