Shigeaki Yoshikawa has held key positions in a general trading company with global operations, and has broad knowledge and abundant experience regarding overseas business development and business portfolio strategies, as well as corporate management experience and so forth at a think-tank consulting firm. The Company expects that as Outside Director of the Company he will utilize his extensive experience and insight into overseas business, as well as his knowledge of marketing and sales, to offer objective indications and advice for the enhancement of management transparency and fairness from wide-ranging perspectives in addition to supervise business executions for the Board of Directors. The Company has judged him to be an appropriate and necessary person for the enhancement of sustainable enterprise value.
