Tomoyasu Miura has held key positions at a think-tank consulting firm and possesses extensive knowledge and experience of a wide range of fields, such as IT, technology innovation, and new business creation, as well as abundant experience in development of management human resources at a public interest incorporated foundation. The Company expects that as Outside Director of the Company he will utilize his abundant knowledge of the IT and technology domains, his experience of new business creation, and his experience of human resource development to offer objective indications and advice for the enhancement of management transparency and fairness from wide-ranging perspectives in addition to supervise business executions for the Board of Directors. The Company has judged him to be an appropriate and necessary person for the enhancement of sustainable enterprise value.
