azbil Group CSR Hotline
This hotline serves as a contact point for reporting and consulting on the business activities of the azbil Group that have caused or may cause a negative impact or serious issue related to human rights (including violations such as bullying and harassment), as well as on any conduct by azbil Group officers or employees that is or may be in violation of laws, regulations, or corporate ethics (including corrupt acts such as bribery). Additionally, reports can be made anonymously.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will conduct investigations into reported matters while ensuring and maintaining the confidentiality of those who have made the reports. If a negative impact on human rights, or a risk thereof, is found, or if violations of laws or corporate ethics are confirmed, we will aid those negatively affected. Additionally, we will identify the root causes of the issue in question and take steps to correct and resolve it.
This mechanism, in which we receive consultations and reports, respond by investigating and establishing the fact, and then provide aid and make corrections/improvements when necessary, is available to all azbil Group officers and employees, officers and employees of partner companies, as well as other external stakeholders, and has been established in accordance with the azbil Group Basic Policy on Human Rights.
