Local Community Engagement Initiatives Involving Employee Participation

The azbil Group has set a target aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): to implement community-based social contribution activities at all business sites, with active participation from every employee, and we are actively promoting initiatives toward this goal. To ensure these efforts are continuous and well-structured, a dedicated department for social contribution was established in FY2021, along with the formulation of clear goals and priority themes. Since FY2022, in response to evolving societal conditions, we have been prioritizing the safety and peace of mind of both local communities and our employees while promoting employee involvement in activities at business sites and in sponsored events. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen individual employee engagement in addressing social challenges both in Japan and abroad. Through these efforts, we aim to make direct and meaningful contributions “in series” to a sustainable society.
