Azbil Academy Initiative Policy

Founded in 2012, the Azbil Academy is a specialized institution for cultivating human resources within the azbil Group. Under the azbil Group’s philosophy of “human-centered automation,” we are committed to strengthening human capital to achieve our medium- to long-term goals. Guided by our “Basic Principles of Human Resource Development” and our “Ideal Employee Profile,” we cultivate talent capable of adapting to changes in the business and social environment, thereby supporting the sustainable and stable growth of both our company and society.

In today’s society, which is represented by VUCA, BANI, and the idea that people can live for a hundred years, each and every employee is required more than ever to grasp the future and the changes it will bring, and to then adapt to these promptly. We are promoting the development of human resources who are capable of independently thinking about and envisioning their career paths, of learning and growing on their own to achieve their respective goals, of accelerating their career autonomy and self-directed learning, and of taking action in the direction of evolving and co-creating.
