Safety and health education

In addition to legal education, Azbil provides company-wide education for health and safety awareness.
With the aim of providing effective and efficient education, we offer multifaceted education that are not limited by time, place of business, or department. These training programs are being delivered by 45 registered safety and health education instructors across the country.
To maintain our education system, we are also continuing to train and to enhanse safety and health education instructors. In addition, we have established e-learning courses that are open to all Azbil employees (including those on temporary contracts) to improve our safety and health standards.
In fiscal year 2025, our goal is for more than 5,500 participants taking face to face trainings and for more than 6,000 participants taking on line trainings.
