Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Initiatives

To ensure the safety of all employees and to maintain and improve their health, in Oct. 2011 we introduced the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). Operation continued uninterrupted in 2019 when the standard for the OHSMS changed from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001.
We have ISO45001 40 certified business sites, 38.8%.

- OHSAS 18001 is an international OHSMS standard (superseded in 3/2021 by ISO)

- ISO 45001 is an international OHSMS standard.

*5. The Joto Office and Jonan Office were relocated in December 2021 and integrated into the Higashi-Tokyo Branch in April 2022.

*6. The Otsuka Office was closed in May 2023, the Hamamatsucho Office and Rinkai Office of the Building Systems Company were established, and their jurisdiction was changed to the Tokyo Main Branch of the Building Systems Company.

*7. The Tokyo Office was renamed the Toranomon Office in April 2022.

*8. The Ube Office was closed in March 2024 and integrated and relocated with the Kyushu Branch.

*9. The Toranomon Office was relocated and renamed the Akasaka Office in June 2024.

*10. The Japanese name for the Tachikawa Office was changed from “Tachikawa Eigyōsho” to “Tachikawa Office” in April 2025.
